Unfortunately, the “life” of a company is sometimes “spiced” with crisis . The safest way to ensure an appropriate handling of the issue is to identify potential crises and design crisis plans. The DC Communication team, together with the client, has been including in the strategic plan parts like appointing the crisis team, setting up an information circuit or ensuring appropriate time/information management.
