Most companies are considering their teams as the key to the success of their activity. As employees understanding of their own organisation help to a better representation of the company in front of the clients and to a more focused performance, internal communication dedicated programmes are important to be considered as a separate area. This goes even stronger when is to talk about organisational change. The means that can be used are numerous: from employee conferences, various seminars cross meetings between departments, experience sharing within business units, sales meetings, training, to written communication (newsletters, manuals), seasonal internal parties and many others. The way this means are used, combined and designed to work together, to inspire and consolidate the feeling of belonging to a unique organisation, to transmit and create acceptance for the company's standards and values are an important aspect that describe our work (and experience) in this field.
